Our house is your house, that is how we feel when you decide to stay with us, for us it is a real pleasure to be able to share with you a part of our greatest treasure Villa 528. We are prepared to offer you an unparalleled experience in Margarita in a unique and unparalleled environment, We are sure that you will love the space as much as we do.
Our house has a rustic - bohemian decoration facing the sea and we also have the privilege of being escorted by beautiful mountains and the imposing Guayamurí hill.
The idea is that they have their own vacation home in Margarita and enjoy the experience and comfort that we can offer them with their family or friends!
180 degree sea view and being able to appreciate the best sunsets from our terrace is one of the most charming things you can experience, we are a Rustic-Bohemian house in terms of decoration, but we offer Wi-Fi Internet service, power plant, heated pool and TV with Directv in the room, so you can have all the comforts at your fingertips.
As for the power plant, it turns on automatically if the light fails and it is capable of turning on everything that is electrical in the house, so do not worry about that.
It has an extensive security system: cameras, video recording and electric fence. We also have June, our Golden Retriever who alerts us to any eventuality. June walks around the outskirts of the house at night.
We have a parking space for up to 4 cars, but if you do not have a vehicle we can help you get a reliable transfer with additional costs.
If you want surf lessons we can also help you, at an additional cost, so that you can receive them with one of our friends with a surf club both in El Agua beach and in Guacuco beach, and additionally if you want to ride a jet ski we can also help you, with additional cost, with our Jet Ski friends in playa el agua.
Our guests are our family and we want not only to offer you our home, we also make all our contacts and acquaintances available to help you have an unparalleled experience on Margarita Island, because we love our Island.

Our living room and kitchen have large windows from where you can appreciate the beautiful view of the sea that we have at any time.
We have a large garden where children and adults can enjoy, in our pool you can bathe in the morning or at night since we can make it warm so you can enjoy at any time, we have beautiful plants and palm trees that make a tropical environment and at night enjoy of our festival of warm lights that give life to our garden and make it unique. Our staff (2) live in a separate house next door and are available to serve you, just relax.
