Our beautiful house was created with the aim of giving you the unique experience of having your own beach house without having to buy it! A relaxing experience, in a rustic - bohemian style facing the sea and backed by the magic and majestic vibe of the mountain with the ease of walking to the beautiful beach of Guacuco!
It is always rented in its entirety! The idea is that they have their own vacation home on the island of Margarita and enjoy privacy and exclusivity alone, with their family or friends!
180 degree ocean views, and covered by mountains in the back, this amazing rustic beach house is your best island vacation choice!
A large private pool in the middle of a tropical environment with lots of green trees, plants and palm trees and our staff available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, all so that you can completely relax!
This spectacular beach house is designed with a soft color palette, with wooden floors and finishes that provide that desired and appreciated warmth. A rustic, bohemian and minimal interior design that will take you directly to a state of peace and relaxation.
Our house has a staff (4) of professional, respectful, discreet and welcoming service that will make you feel at home!
Some of the staff are living in a separate house on the same property, for your total and absolute attention 24/7!
You guys really only have to worry about relaxing!
The property has about 3000 m2 of surface and is completely walled and protected.
It has an extensive security system: cameras, video recording, electric fence, indoor and outdoor security alarms, 24-hour surveillance. As well as we have guard dogs that are released at the proper perimeters at night for your safety!
Up to 4 cars can be parked inside the property. 2 large automatic gates make it easy to get in and out.
The Master has a King bed, large private bathroom with sky view shower, walk-in closet, A/C and large terrace with hammock and outdoor sofas with stunning ocean views.
Room 2 equipped with queen bed and single sofa bed, private bathroom with sky view shower (no roof), closet, AC and a small terrace
Room 3 equipped with queen bed and single sofa bed, private bathroom with sky view shower (no roof), closet, AC and a small terrace. (Equipped the same as room 2 but in a larger space.)
Room 4 is located on the ground floor and is equipped with two double beds, A/C. This room shares the bathroom with the living room.
The house has an open floor plan: open kitchen and living room with large windows that give you views of the sea at all times and all the way to the Pampatar lighthouse.
It has a cool terrace with a cane roof that provides pleasant shade, so it is possible to rest and dine outdoors at any time of the day.
The house has 2 huge tables!
One outdoors for guests to sit and eat together having the best conversation and experience enjoying the rich Caribbean cuisine that we can offer.
Another inside the room for those who prefer to be in a more private environment with controlled temperature
The large private pool receives sunlight throughout the day for use in the morning, for a relaxing afternoon or after a day at the beach.
It has several areas for sunbathing, as well as a large hut for children who play out of the sun and for those who prefer shade.
A large barbecue is located near the pool area and there for you to get those lobsters grilling!
A sand pool next to the pool brings the beach into the house for the little ones.
And a Creole ball court can entertain the older ones for a while.
A little further from the pool and the social areas we have a totally organic garden that offers fruits and vegetables native to the area! Fresh, healthy and available to our guests!
