This luxury vacation rental boasts over 8500 square feet, with 11 bedrooms total. There are 7 bedrooms in the main villa and 4 bedrooms in the casita (little house) located in the grounds. The magnificent villa located right on the sandy Fatima Bay beach in Puerto Aventuras, is just one hour south of Cancun.
This vacation house, designed by the owners is a master piece with original hacienda features, unique ornaments and wonderful Mexican art. A myriad of colors combine and contrast creating a vibrant feeling of Mexico here at Puerto Aventuras.
From the villa you can step right onto the white sandy palm fringed Fatima Bay beach. The snorkeling from the beach is fantastic, you will see bright colored fishes and if you are lucky maybe a turtle! The house is very close to the center of Puerto Aventuras, which is located around a marina where you'll find Dolphin Discovery, international restaurants, grocery stores, boutiques and post office. There is also a Golf course, tennis facilities and skate board park close-by. Puerto Aventuras is conveniently located to take advantage of the many places to visit in the area, including Mayan Ruins, Cenotes, stunning beaches, Eco parks Xcaret, Xelha and dive the beautiful Caribbean or cenotes.
For larger groups, corporate Retreats, Weddings and Events this luxury vacation rental may also be rented with the sister villa next door. The 2 villas offer the perfect combination.
Renting this luxury vacation house includes: Telephones for guest use – Vonage phone for free calls to the USA and Canada & telephone for local calls. iPod docking station in living room, Kayaks for guest use, games room with Billiard Table, Air Hockey and Table Tennis. Bottled waters daily, towels and linens provided , beach towels provided , crib and high chair on request. Two House and 1 grounds Keeper Daily, Laundry service on request.

Published rates corresponds to rental of the entire house (11 rooms), 22 people comfortably installed. If you want to rent the house for less rooms call our reservations team who will provide the appropriate fees. The house can be rented from a minimum of 4 rooms, rates are based on 2 guests per bedroom. For Easter, Thanksgiving, President and Holiday weeks – the minimum rental is 10 bedrooms (for these weeks reservations are Saturday to Saturday). Rates INCLUDE 11% Mexican government tax and 3% lodging tax.
