Mestre together with the owners created 25,000 square feet of spacious area consisting of 11 beautifully designed structures in a luxury private villa surrounded by 300 feet of crystalline beach water.
Renting this luxury vacation villa includes: Security 24 hours, 7 days a week, laundry, cleaning, cooking (guests must purchase food and request the service in advance), transportation airport-villa-Airport also requested in advance, two golf carts, transportation and advice for the going around in Punta Mita. Spa services have to be requested in advance and payment for this is additional.
Upstairs, the master bedroom “El Sol” is greatly furnished with a king size bed, linen bed sheets, air conditioning, bathroom and walk-in closet.
The second floor best is the main terrace with lounge style furniture, a spacious study room with office furniture, a love-seat sofa, indirect lighting, and access to the terrace equipped with Jacuzzi and with sea view.
The living rooms located on both floors, offer a space to share comfortably. They are complemented with private terraces.
The closest module has a Gym with elliptical bike, treadmill, weights, table for exercising and personal trainers available upon request.
Besides the majestic dining room, designed as a stylish option for 14 people, 4 other locations can also be chosen to dine, depending on the preference. You can dine outdoors on the terrace with a spectacular main dining room seating 16 people or more. Another option to make each meal unforgettable is the Palapita, ideal for a romantic or intimate dinner for four.
The swimming pool surrounds the whole complex giving it a touch of bright turquoise color that enhances the tropical look of the place.
