The holiday villa is located on top of Brazil Buzios peninsula, famous for its rustic charm, architectural harmony and unique scenery.
Almost from every corner of this wonderful villa you will be welcomed by a quite exceptional panoramic sea view.
The deep blue ocean stretching along the horizon - interrupted only by the exotic islands and distant mountains.
In any chair or sofa in the living or dining room, from any room, from the pool and even from the hot tub, you can enjoy the amazing ocean view.
The villa is located only two thousand meters from the famous beaches of Joao Fernandes and Joao Fernandinho, where you can sunbathe or swim in the crystal clear blue sea.
Búzios also has a very welcoming city to explore all sorts of small boutiques, bars and restaurants.
This beautiful house offers you a variety of services in order to cater to your needs and while you relax and enjoy your vacation.
Regular maid service consists of full work days of cleaning, laundry or baby sitting and is offered at approximately $45 USD daily depending on the exchange rate at the period since you will pay the maid directly in local currency.
Light cooking of breakfast or lunch can be added at some $20 USD extra - not including the food.
We also offer chef service for your dinners and we can even arrange packages that will include shopping for the food. Our chef is among the top international chefs in the area and you can choose any type of food you prefer. The chef speaks English and we would typically start by setting up a meeting with the chef after your arrival in order to make the agreements. Please ask for the latest rates.
We also offer pick service in Rio de Janeiro by trusted local drivers or we can have your rental car delivered directly to the villa.
We offer a free local cell phone with numbers for local cab drivers and our local manager already programmed so you are covered whether you need assistance of any kind in the villa or you need transportation from anywhere in the area.
The suites are decorated with cozy dark furniture which is elegantly contrasted by the light curtains and linen. Every suite has its own bath room and wardrobe, and with air conditioning in each suite; even the hottest day becomes a tempered night.
Suite 1: Is located in the top of the villa. It has a queen bed and a bath room where you can enjoy the ocean view from the bath tub.
Suite 2: This suite has a lovely queen bed and a private balcony with ocean and bay view. It also has an extra single bed which makes the suite ideal for family with children. The villa also has a portable playpen for the little ones.
Suite 3: It has a queen bed and a swing door wardrobe. Like the suite itself; the dedicated bathroom has wonderful ocean view.
Suite 4: The largest of the suites also has ocean view. It has two single beds and a bathroom with ocean view. It is found in the lowest part of the villa.
The spacious, tall ceiling room with the chilling ceiling fans is an ideal oasis in which to seek shelter from midday sun. From here view of the mountains and ocean can be enjoyed in total privacy as there is no other buildings close by.
The rustic charm of the handmade furniture is combined with modern facilities – such as 42” flat screen satellite TV, DVD player and stereo.
From the recliner you almost feel like you are on the bridge of a large ship with the panoramic view towards the ocean, mountains, Búzios town center and the exotic nature.
In the pool area you can balance your comfort with a nice chilled drink while the sun is warming your body. The area also has a shallow pool where the small children can safely play.
