• One Villa Manager: Oversees and coordinates the villa and staff, meets and greets guests upon their arrival and is available to assist guests during their stay.
• One Assistant Villa manager: In charge of villa cleanliness and ensures all villa facilities are working properly. Assist villa manager to oversees and coordinates the villa and staff, meets and greets guests upon their arrival during villa manager absence.
• Six Kitchen Staffs (4 senior cooks): They are trained in the preparation of both local and international cuisine. A menu is provided and the cooks will do all the market shopping.
• Six Room Attendants: They responsible for all housekeeping duties and providing waiter service throughout the villa.
• Six Security Guards: The team is on-duty for 24hours seven to ensure the safety and security of the guest and premises.
• Six Gardeners and Pool Attendants: Work discretely in tending the garden, the grounds of the villa and the pools to a high standard without disturbing the guests.

Food and beverage items are charged based on grocery cost system. Guests will need to provide some money in advance and the staff will do the shopping for you and keep the receipts for your reference. Please ask your manager if you wish to check your daily expense.
