The house sits at the base of Cerro Otto, on the shores of picturesque Lake Gutierrez, just 15 minutes outside of the city of San Carlos de Bariloche, in the province of Black River in the heart of Patagonia.

Patagonia is fast becoming a place recognized as an international destination. You will fin from paragliding ski to any fun sport in the area ; the action never stops in the adventure capital of South America. Bariloche area offers increasingly wide and varied skiing and snowboarding vacation, warm weather zip lines, alpine slides, festivals and concerts.

If your travel party is smaller we can offer only the apartment, which has two rooms and a capacity of up to 6 people and you can also enjoy all the attractions of the house.
