There are also two additional rooms dedicated to domestic staff, ensuring attentive and perfect hospitality throughout your stay. You can enjoy relaxation in two distinct TV areas or lounge on either of the two sophisticated terraces offering panoramic views of the enchanting surroundings.
Those who appreciate warmth will find solace in the presence of two wood-burning fireplaces, which add a touch of cozy charm to the already elegant interiors.
The Enchanting Barbecue Haven (Quincho): Just a few steps from the main house, you will discover a paradise dedicated to culinary delights and conviviality. The construction of the Quincho covers 150 square meters and offers a single-story refuge that perfectly combines a hall, living room, dining room, kitchen and barbecue area, all within one cozy space. A separate TV area invites you to relax, while a comforting fireplace contributes to the overall ambiance.
An unparalleled natural oasis - embrace the serene rhythms of nature as you explore the sprawling property. The estate landscape features the largest collection of pine trees in all of Latin America, with more than 40 diverse species that were planted more than 80 years ago, creating a living tapestry of natural beauty. Winding through the grounds is a lovely river, which adds an element of tranquility.
Be sure to visit the private chapel, built in 1944, where the combination of tranquility and historical significance creates a truly peaceful atmosphere. Additionally, you are invited to explore the kiwi farm, where you can learn about the cultivation of these exotic fruits and perhaps even taste some fresh kiwis straight from the source. Kiwi harvest season occurs once a year during the last week of April.

You can be religious or not, but what you cannot do is stop by the chapel of Santa Sylvina, the field that belonged to the Acevedo family, and in 1944 they built a chapel in the image and likeness of the Porziuncula of Assisi, the small Italian church where Saint Francis of Assisi lived. Today the field has other owners, but they preserve the tradition by inviting the Franciscan fathers from December to March to the property and to give mass every day for the community.
