In less than 3 minutes driving there is variety of restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, and anything you need for your stay in our acation rental.         "Happy to write some thoughts because we had a great time and really appreciated how well managed it was. We stay in luxury rental units for vacation frequently, and thought this was one of, if not the best managed one we have stayed in for several reasons: - Direct and fast responses to any issues (like the refrigerator and grill) - Adequate supply of things like dishwasher soap, laundry detergent, trash bags, etc - most rental units provide the bare minimum which often does not cover the length of stay - Thoughtful amenities such as the bikes, beach towels, and a bag of fresh ice in the freezer(!) - Simplicity of check out - many houses require stripping the beds, taking out the trash etc- this one was so straightforward and easy, which we REALLY appreciated. Thank you so much - we loved the location of the place down the street from the beach and the broadwalk, and had a really lovely time. "

As stated last year the house has everything you need for a comfortable family stay and very close to a beautiful beach. This was my second consecutive stay and I hope to be able to return next year.         "House was very clean! Loved having the beach towels provided. Having the four bikes was a huge plus! The beach chairs and cooler with wheels were a real treat too. The best part of the house was the top patio/grill area. We had dinner up there several times. It was like having another living area. The kitchen could be better stocked with cooking essentials. We had to plan our meals around what pots, pans, bowls or casserole dish was available. The house sleeps 12 but has little to cook with to prepare a meal for that many. Spacious refrigerator but definitely needed an ice-maker (or ice trays so we could make ice). Overall, it was a beautiful house and definitely worth vacationing there. We were a family with four different generations represented. The evevator was great for 80 year old grandparents. We were able to ride bikes down to the boardwalk to eat and shop. I would recommend this house!"

        "My sisters and I, as well as various children and grandchildren, loved our villa in Hollywood, Florida. The bedrooms were spacious, bathrooms were large and immaculate and the common rooms were large and quite nicely furnished. The roof terrace was an unexpected bonus. The kitchen had every modern convenience we could have wanted, although I would recommend that you leave directions for the stove top. (Someone did figure it out!) We especially appreciated how "childproof" everything was. I would definitely recommend this property!"

        "“This home will satisfy all of your needs” This is a fantastic home and if anyone is skeptical about the location you do not need to be. It is close to the airport and Hollywood Beach may be even better than Fort Lauderdale. The house really is everything the pictures make it out to be. Everything you need is provided and if not Publix is a short trip away. The access to the beach is the best part, its a short walk and not crowded at all This home easily sleeps 8-10 people and you can fit more if you had to. Will be using it again soon!"

        "My family, which included 4 teenagers, stayed at this villa over New Years. The villa was amazing and even more beautiful than the pictures. It was very clean and comfortable. If we needed anything, we simply called and it was delivered. I would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking to spend some time on Hollywood Beach. The bikes were nice to have for riding to the Broadwalk and the villa was only a few houses from the beach."
