Every season offers a different perspective. Cadaqués is ‘open’ throughout the year, attracting visitors due to its beautiful location and its unique character. So, whether you are planning a summer holiday, a New Year celebration or just a week away with friends or colleagues (maybe walking/climbing/cycling in the Pyrenees or the Cap de Creus national park), this villa could be your place to stay.
The master bedroom has two bathrooms – one with shower and one with bath/jacuzzi – plus an adjoining dressing room. Large patio windows open out onto the pool area with views across the bay of Port Lligat and upto Cap de Creus.
Three further ensuite bedrooms are located on the ground floor, one in the master bedroom wing and two in a private wing. All have patio doors opening out onto a side terrace with views of the Cap de Creus coastline.
In the lower ground floor you will find four further ensuite bedrooms, three with sliding patio doors opening out onto a terrace with views of Salvador Dali’s house.
Downstairs there is a large living space, with an indoor courtyard and ‘daylight’ lighting, that can be used for games, entertainments, exhibitions or teaching. There is a large screen cinema with satellite TV/DVD/computer connections and a good collection of DVDs. Separate areas off the living area include a table tennis room, an art preparation room and indoor passageway to the sauna, room with a pool table and swimming pool complex.
The main kitchen is a cook’s paradise, equipped to state of the art standards, with every feature you could want including: large Smeg oven; second Siemens oven; Siemens microwave; Siemens steam oven; Gaggenau gas hobs x 3; Gaggenau induction hob; Gaggenau charcoal hob; Gaggenau Japanese grill plate; cool air curtain around central cooking area; double fronted Miele fridge + freezer; 2 wine storage/cooler cabinets; 2 dishwashers.
