This is a luxurious oceanfront villa with a private sandy beach, with wonderful views, located on the prestigious South Shore of Banderas Bay approximately two miles south of town.
The villa is an ideal setting for a relaxed and enjoyable vacation, family gatherings, weddings, birthdays, anniversaries and other celebrations. Supremely comfortable and beautifully furnished these gorgeous home reflects havens of elegance and unique art. The heated infinity pool offers wonderful views of the ocean just steps from the sandy beach where guests can swim, play and enjoy BBQ and candle light dinner.
The superb staff serves guests with warm Mexican hospitality and they are assured of eating well with the cook’s delicious cuisine. Close by in the town of Puerto Vallarta with its cobblestone streets and known for its art and many galleries, you will find excellent restaurants, cafes and shops combined with Old Mexico charm. There is plenty of nightlife, and many family-fun activities. There is so much to see and do in Puerto Vallarta for all members of the family to enjoy.

Seven bedrooms have King Beds, other two Queens with twin beds. Seven of the bedrooms have ocean views, two do not, and one bedroom has a private patio with Jacuzzi. There is a small exercise room.
All bedrooms have private en-suite bathrooms, air conditioning, WiFi, and Satellite TV. We provide all linens, bath and beach towels, and hand and bath soap.
-Our staff works daily 9:00am to 7:00pm, except Sundays.
-Rates do not include food, liquor, or staff gratuities.
-3 meals daily: breakfast: a light lunch & dinner (all meals are optional and food is not included in the rate). All meals are served family style
-Juan, our manager, will go over daily menus with guests; the staff shop. An amount will be required in advance for shopping and groceries, and prior to departure receipts can be settled.
-The villa staff cannot take personal checks or credit cards – payment by cash (pesos or USD) only.
-Juan, the manager, speaks English and oversees both villas and an excellent staff.
-Our maids will do guests personal laundry when requested at no charge
-The staff are off on Sundays.
-Power surges are not uncommon in Mexico so you might want to bring a surge protector for your devices. No special adapters are needed the power is the same as in the US.
-Cell Phones: most cell phones get good coverage, however, check with your carrier before you leave home.
