This vacation house is a place to relax and escape the pressures of home and work. A chance to play with the children in a stunning and safe environment and take long, unhurried walks up and down the beach. It is a fantastic location to completely unwind in the pool or at the bar. For the more adventurous, there is the opportunity to climb Mount Rinjani or play a round of golf at the stunning 18 hole Kosaido course next door. A snorkel and dive around the tropical coral of the Gili islands is just 5 minutes by boat from the villa.
The holiday villa is designed around a central courtyard and then develops westwards through the sitting room to the infinity pool and beyond to the beach. The garden bedrooms are at the eastern side of the courtyard back onto the villa’s own orchard. The buildings are of a traditional Indonesian style of architecture constructed of high-quality local materials.
This vacation rental has six large bedrooms and can comfortably sleep three families with children and maids. All the bedrooms have been designed with an individual theme and have either a beautiful sea or garden landscape view. All bedrooms have air-conditioning, ceiling fans and a safe. There is a large sitting room as well as a relax room with a 50” TV and library.
Sira Beach is a ribbon of virgin white sand, next to a spectacular 18 hole-golf course, coconut plantations, and a quiet village where local life continues in much the same way as it has done for centuries. The awesome views from the beach and the gardens of Villa Sepoi Sepoi take in Lombok’s towering Mount Rinjani, flanked by forests, fields, jungle, pristine beaches, the tiny port of Bangsal and the three sunsoaked Gili Islands.

Food and beverage items are charged based on grocery cost system plus 15% tax and service. Guests will need to provide some money in advance and the staff will do the shopping for you and keep the receipts for your reference.
The Entertainment/TV room is located under the Dining Pavilion. The room is equipped with a ceiling fan, teak wall units, and a large satellite TV mounted upon the wall, complete with surround sound, a DVD/CD player, and a Wii Game System.
The furnishings – two large sofas, a glass-topped antique coffee table and two ottomans – can be pushed back against the wall to create an impressive party space. In one corner is a bar that can double as a DJ’s nook. Glass doors open from the Entertainment Room onto a terrace with a pergola supported by serai stone pillars beside the pool deck facilitating relaxed BBQs and informal dining.
There are two fully equipped kitchens at Puri Bawana, a service kitchen and a state-of-the-art central kitchen positioned next to the dining pavilion and linked by a large service bar. This immaculate, designer central kitchen reveals a discriminating taste for functional beauty and cutting-edge style. Crafted in black marble with a central island, silver grey units and glassless shuttered windows, it is equipped with a hob, oven, wine fridge, coffee machine and other high tech appliances. There is even the provision of a sound system.
swimming pool is set well back from the beach and is very private. There is also a bar for those who wish to tell tales while watching the sun set.
The gardens are a tropical explosion of colour and lushness. Local flora includes frangipanis, bougainvilleas, lotus trees and other exotic species. The orchard at the rear of the villa makes for a wonderful children’s secret garden and the large lawn leading down the beach doubles up well
as a most exotic mini cricket pitch. The beach is perfect with white sand and calm waters along the Sire Bay.
The sea shelves gradually so guests can swim in the crystal clear shallows (children should always be accompanied by adults). The beach itself is ideal for long walks or jogs. Or guests can just sit and watch the local fishermen haul in their daily catch. And of course, the sea breeze, the sepoisepoi, is always there to gently blow away your worldly cares.
