This is a beautiful 18th Century luxury villa for rent in the beautiful Tuscany and is the ideal vacation lodging for groups of friends and family. Each room has its own heating and air conditioning. The villa has an exclusive perimeter and an alarm that is connected to the police by radio and telephone. The code number and password are changed weekly. Illumination of each room is equipped with a bio-circuit breaker for disconnecting power. Eliminating voltage when all the lights are off allows freedom of magnetic fields when you are asleep.
Additional services:
• Using electricity over 250 kw per week will be charged according to consumption.
• Payment of final cleaning € 200 must be paid upon arrival.

• Car rental with driver: € 30/40 per hour

• Banquet for 50/60 people, with or without entertainment (specializing in Tuscan and Italian cuisine).

• Italian cooking courses.
• All of the above are extra and should be requested at the booking and paid to the owner in advance.
Yellow Bedroom: it is a double bedroom with double bed and bathroom with Jacuzzi and shower, wardrobe, antique chest, dresser and two chairs with a small table.
Green Bedroom: This bedroom has a king size bed and bathroom with Jacuzzi and shower, closet and dresser.
Pink Bedroom: This bedroom is double and has a king size bed and bathroom with shower, wardrobe and dresser.
Blue Bedroom: A double bedroom with double bed, closet, private bathroom with Jacuzzi. Through a spiral staircase you reach the balcony where you will find a single bed.
Triple Bedroom: This bedroom has three single beds, wardrobe and dresser.
Small Bedroom: It has single bed, built-in wardrobe and a dresser.
A bathroom with Jacuzzi and shower is shared by the triple bedroom and small bedroom.
On the large dining room and through a ladder you find the seventh bedroom with 2 single beds. The bathroom is downstairs.
You will find a second lounge area with two sofas, a double-sided fireplace leading to the second room with capacity for 16 people. You also find the main kitchen which has all the facilities, among them a pizza oven and a dining table for 8 people.
The villa also has a TV lounge with double sofa bed, billiard table, two armchairs and table.
For over 30 years the owners have cultivated their passion for antiques and have equipped the villa with pieces acquired at auctions, antique shops and antique fairs.
Some of the most special pieces are the beautiful doors of the closets in two of the bedrooms and the wooden plate of a 17th century Florentine convent above the bigger room door.
The villa has wonderful views of the typical Tuscan countryside, hills and olive groves, chestnut and oak forests. All immersed in an oasis of silence.
The 6 x 12 meter pool is exclusively for guests of the Villa. It is situated on a natural terrace a few meters below the level of the villa and has a great view of the valley.
It is an infinity pool with whirlpool.
The pool has a special cleaning system that ensures maximum hygiene. It has 0.7% salt, the same percentage found in the human eye. This eliminates the odor and feel of chloride on the skin. You can also keep your eyes open while you are underwater. It is open from April to October if the weather permits.
The night lighting of the pool and surrounding area is particularly beautiful.
There is a special area equipped with tables, chairs, umbrellas, couches.
